Why we exist
Filing immigration paperwork is expensive, slow, and intimidating. Many families either overpay for help they don't fully need or struggle alone with hundred-page instruction booklets. We built ImFiled to make preparing a correct, complete USCIS package something an ordinary person can do with confidence.
What we are — and what we are not
ImFiled is self-help software. You use it to organize your information and assemble your own USCIS-ready package. We are not a law firm, we are not your attorney, and we do not provide legal advice or tell you which immigration path to choose. You submit your package to USCIS yourself. When a situation calls for legal judgment, we say so and point you toward a licensed attorney.
How we work
We turn the government forms into plain-language questions, map your answers into the correct fields, and run an automated completeness check against USCIS filing requirements before you submit. The goal is a package that is organized, internally consistent, and free of the common mistakes that lead to rejections — delivered in minutes, not weeks.
