Complex cases
Attorney Pre-Screening — $150
Some situations — prior removal orders, pending immigration court cases, certain criminal history, or prior denials — are beyond what a document-prep service can handle responsibly. If our intake flags your case as complex, we'll route you to a flat-fee attorney pre-screening consultation for $150.
If the attorney determines document prep is appropriate for your case, the $150fee is applied as a credit toward your main service fee. If full attorney representation is needed instead, we'll tell you that directly — and you can hire counsel without paying us a separate service fee.
