How it works
From intake to a USCIS-ready package.
Six stages. Attorney review is always included. Your case never leaves a stage until it's ready for the next one.
The full flow
Every stage, in order
Intake questionnaire
You answer plain-language questions about yourself, your beneficiary, your relationship, and any supporting documents. No legal jargon. Complexity flags (criminal history, prior removals, etc.) route you to attorney pre-screening before anything else happens.
AI document assembly
Your answers are mapped field-by-field into Form I-130 (and I-130A for spouse petitions). We generate your document checklist and draft a filing instruction sheet tailored to your case type.
AI completeness review
The package is machine-checked against USCIS filing requirements: required fields, supporting-document expectations, internal consistency between sections, and common rejection triggers.
Licensed attorney review
A licensed immigration attorney on our review network reviews the completed package for accuracy and completeness. This is an administrative review, not legal advice. If the attorney spots something that needs fixing, the package goes back to you with notes.
Package delivery
You receive a finalized, USCIS-ready submission package: the completed petition, the supporting-document checklist, and filing instructions. Everything organized as a single PDF.
You submit to USCIS
You submit the package directly to USCIS. We do not file on your behalf. We send status-update emails at each milestone so you always know where things stand.
Ready to get started?
Answer a few questions. We'll build your package. An attorney reviews it. You file.
